OPEN GARDENS – Badminton House, Badminton, Glos GL9 1DB
The Private Gardens of the Historic Badminton House, the home of The Duke and Duchess of Beaufort will be open to the General Public for one day only.
The present gardens at Badminton replace a succession of gardens that date back to the 1600’s. The garden now is largely the work of the current Duke and Duchess.
The Duchess of Beaufort will be in the delightful Walled garden to answer questions about the gardens from 11-12 and also 2-3pm
There will be the opportunity to purchase plants from the Badminton garden stall and from other professional nurseries stalls plus browse the stalls with unique gifts for the home and garden.
Light lunches, cakes, teas and coffees will be served in the West Wing of the House all day.
Dogs are not permitted in the gardens but there is plenty of shaded parking in Badminton Park where you can exercise your dog on a lead.
